Donations to the CLP Foundation will be favourably received.
The CLP Foundation is duly registered as a Section 18A (Reg No.: 2019/510198/08) and issues certificates as proof of donation in terms of South African Law.
Any natural person, trust, company or close corporate can claim a deduction from their taxable income of donations made to an appropriate Section 18A organisation up to a value of 10% of their taxable income.
